Mary made us feel very comfortable and helped us every step of the way! It was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer all of our questions. She offered her opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought of. You can feel that she really cares about her clients as well as the community. We truly loved working with Mary and are so thankful for her professionalism, knowledge, and honesty!

I recently sold my house in Longmont after moving overseas. Mary was amazing! Because I was living in the UK Mary took care of everything at my house; organising all the contractors, cleaners and stagers. She went above and beyond what any real state agent would do. She kept me updated all the time, which was hard with the time difference. My house never would have sold for what it did without her excellent guidance and knowledge. Mary is truly dedicated to her clients and so compassionate. I can not thank her or recommend her enough!!

Mary took our ragged house that was full of pets and children’s dirt and turned it into a home right out of a magazine. She had a team of pros who cleaned and painted and installed gorgeous lights and beautiful staging furniture.  I couldn’t believe it was the same house when I saw it. She worked tirelessness to get it all done FAST and then sold it for $200000 more than I would have ever expected. We were elated and our house wasn’t a traditional home either as it was a mountain property with septic etc and other mountain quirks and regulations. Mary is so smart and calm and caring and easy to work with and even my husband who usually distrusts realtors came to love her! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

Mary is the best of the best! During the height of the bidding war craziness I had basically given up hope on ever buying our own home. She walked us through every step, and we ended up in a home we absolutely love. I can’t recommend her enough!

Mary took care of everything in listing our home. She had all the contractors we needed to replace paint, carpet, and stage. We didn’t have to pay for staging or photography, and the contractor work was not due until closing! She made our house look like a magazine, and we I made way more on my sale than I could have ever dreamed. So grateful for the experience, and highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

We moved from out of state, and were not able to find the home we wanted in the 3 visits to town. Mary did virtual tours, with professional equipment so that we did not feel like we were watching the Blair Witch Project. We put an offer on our home from a video walkthrough, and we could not be happier! She listened to what we wanted in a home and a neighborhood, and she NAILED it. Not only did she find us our dream home, but she was present and available for contractors to complete a small bathroom remodel for us, and she was there when all of our new appliances arrived! Above and beyond! Best part is that we came to town with an established friend, and she has taken us on bike tours of town and breweries. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful our experience was, and continues to be .

Mary Herre is truly truly amazing. She found us a house that met all our needs and wants in this crazy market and…. she has gotten our current house ready to sell in record time. Through it all she has been calm, cool and organized (wish I could say the same for me and the husband haha!). This is a county full of realtors but I suspect only the rare few are a smart, know the market, great dealing with people when they are at their most anxious, and able to make a house sparkle in record time. Mary guided me in finding exactly what I needed, even when I was not certain what that was at the time. I am in a wonderful location, walking distance to Pearl St. and work, and am so grateful that I had a Realtor that cared about my long term needs, rather than a short term commission. She was patient, and drove all over Boulder County before getting me into my home. We even got in for less than list price in this market!
